Beef Brisket

1    Fresh Ripe Pineapple
1    Heaping Tblsp Brown Sugar Per Slice of Pineapple

Assembly
Cut top and bottom of the pineapple off, then cut the outer shin off. Slice into rounds about 3/4" to 1" thick. Sprinkle the brown sugar on one side of each slice. Let them sit for about 20 to 30 minutes before grilling.

Grilling
Place the pineapple sugar side up on a 350 to 400 degree grill. Grill for a few minutes per side making sure not to burn them. serve them warm.

This goes well with pork, chicken & fish.
